Svadhisthana is the second chakra, also called the sacral chakra.

Svadhisthana brings balance to important areas of life – relationships, giving and receiving, pleasure and sexuality. The sacral chakra also governs creativity, alertness, openness to new ideas, self-worth and trust in life.

By helping the energies of the sacral chakra flow freely and without obstruction, we can free ourselves from various dependencies and excessive attachment to both emotional and material things. The pure energy of this chakra also eases jealousy, possessiveness and difficulties in sexuality.

The Svadhisthana chakra is found in the body two finger-widths above the sacrum.

The main colour of the chakra is orange.

Of the natural elements, this chakra corresponds to water.

Of the five senses, Svadhisthana governs the sense of taste.

In traditional chakra teachings, the sacral chakra is associated with the lower abdomen and the pelvic area.

How to use
For the best result, burn the candle for at least 1 hour at a time.
Do not burn for more than 4 hours in a row.
Trim the wick to 0.5 cm each time before lighting. 
Stop burning the candle when about 1 cm of wax is left at the bottom.

Caution!
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Burn on a heat-resistant surface or in a suitable holder.
Use the candle in a well-ventilated place, away from draughts.
Do not move the candle while it is burning or before the wax has set.
